I received absolutely brilliant care from Kerry at the walk-in clinic today. She dealt with my medical issue wonderfully and fully explained my treatment. The Receptionist was also very helpful. All in all a great experience from start to finish. Thank you.

I attended the out of hours doctors surgery at Brid Hospital for an appointment at 23.15hrs which was organised by the NHS 111 service. On arrival at 23.05 I were told by security staff that the earlier doctor had finished their shift and left and the doctor due at 23.00hrs is always at least 40 minutes late. Other patients arrived for arranged appointments. At 23.35hrs the night security staff phoned the doctor and asked for his location. We were then told he would be another 10-15 minutes. The doctor finally arrived at 23.45hrs and walked straight in ignoring everyone. I went in at 23.50 and found it very difficult to understand what he was saying. He took my blood pressure, which I already knew was very high. I was then dismissed being advised to go home and if things got worse to go to an A&E department. Hopefully I will not have to see this doctor ever again. This review is completely the opposite of all my other dealings with the hospitals and NHS facilities in the area.

Really rude staff. Came up with my husband who was in Atrial Fibrulation Got spoken to like rubbish. Said we should have phoned 999 as theyre not an emergency ward. We were trying to save on resources by not calling an ambulance if one wasnt needed. Horrible experience from reception staff to the jumped up practioner nurse!

Seen straight away this morning, it's very reassuring to be able to see someone on the day you need to be seen. I would have had to wait a week to see my own GP! This place is worth its weight in gold 🖒
