Within a week of advertising my property The Property Shop had found me a suitable tenant. The whole process has been carried out professionally and efficiently by all staff I have dealt with. I can’t stress how impressed I have been with them and I would recommend them 100% .

Fortunately, I have only had to deal with two estate agents in the past. One of them was, kind, compassionate, considerate and helpful and the other was ThepropertyshopYorkshire. I was dissappointed after moving out from one of their properties that they kept £120 of my bond. They stated that the money was for repairs to a bedroom that they had to re-paint - athough when I asked for a breakdown of the costs, they refused. The rest of the property was left in a better condition then before we moved in - I even paid for a gas outlet in the kitchen to ensure a cooker was safely fitted. Despite this, they were adamant that they had to take this money from me. I was very hurt and upset by the attitude they had about this matter and the interaction I had with them was very disrespectful and condesending on their part. Dealing with this company was not an amazing experience for me. I can only hope that any encounters I have with estate agents in the future, are more positive.

Amazing experience, I was struggling to find a new place to live, but Sophie had contacted me with some available properties and after viewing and applying, made the moving process so smooth and hassle free! You also get a cute moving in box with some goodies aswell. Highly recommended and thank you again :)
