Second time using Ullyotts in Bridlington and as usual they are 10/10 for customer service, efficiency and knowledge. From start to finish the staff have been amazing.Always keeping us updated when things happen and giving good honest advice. We have bought two houses through them and now selling our house with them. Would not look at any other estate agents in town as know we are getting the best service. All the ladies are soo friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.
I was selling my two properties, which were two semi detached houses in a village near Bridlington. Having lived there over forty years they were both needing upgrading. Lydia and Lucy produced great photos and a brochure that highlighted the location, views, and size of the property. Thanks to their enthusiasm the property was sold very quickly. The follow through with the sale was supported by Ullyotts right through to my move. Very happy to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
