I have dealt with Max for over 40 years. Both through our business and also through him taking care of our family members. Max is totally professional, caring and understanding. Every funeral i have attended which Max has overseen has been totally fitting to the deceased. I can't recommend this company enough. I have often said to Max that I would want him to do my own funeral. However I would imagine he will have retired by then. In fact it will be a sad day for Bridlington when Max does retire. Long may the company as a whole continue the success of caring for the people of Bridlington and surrounding areas......

I have just been to see my husband's headstone which has just been put in place. I am so pleased with the finish. I would like to add, Cassandra Morton who looked after us right from the start, has gone above and beyond in ensuring our wishes were met from my husband's funeral to the right images on his headstone. I understand we were her first clients and she made a Stirling job. Thank you all who were involved. Much appreciation.

I can't thank Max and his team enough for everything they have done for myself and my mum. Max and Gina walked us through every step and allowed us as much as time with my Grandad / Dad as we wanted. Absolutely wonderful service from Max and his team. From the moment we met them they were totally professional, so understanding and sympathetic to everyone of us. They kept us fully informed from the moment they took over after such a sudden death. They arranged the funeral with complete dignity, they organised a horse and carriage which was absolutely amazing, he made sure our loved one went out in style , and as a blended family, Max kept everyone informed of every step. On the day of the funeral the team more than 100% delivered the service we had wished for. They were very understanding of how difficult this process was for the family. We had used Ernest Brigham before when our dad died. So when mum passed away, we knew exactly who we wanted to do mum's funeral. Everything was perfect. The funeral itself was spot on. Mum would have loved every moment. A special 'Thank you ' to Emma who did a wonderful job on the ' Order of service ' and Michaela for all her support, her organization skills and her empathy. Max and his staff are very professional, and you can't find any one better to take care of your loved ones.
