Excellent is just one of many ways to describe Toby and staff all very polite and very welcoming and Toby and his massive knowledge of vehicles and parts and the speed they all work at is amazing especially when a Turbo booster thats on a vehicle from manufacturer has come with extra challenges like rust and part sheared off well that was nothing to Toby as he managed to solve the challenge and put brand new turbo booster on and kept the old one along with photos of before and after to show customer the extra challenge he had and how he solved this challenge (keeping in mind that the turbo booster is off in one piece and replaced) Toby and his staff needs alot more than 5 stars all this work he done was exceedingly fast and he even ordered the part with us so he can have it arrived within hours of recieving the car! The only place I will take my car and if my friends have car problems is Toby as I can Trust him and his Staff and the fact he is so upfront and upto date on his knowledge and problem solving and how fast he managed all this in few hours is Amazing!!!!!

Toby Taylor Garage were professional and efficient. They fixed my boot switch, ordered parts quickly, and kept me updated about the airbag electrician. My MOT was booked and completed as promised. The airbag light was still on after the work, but Tracey was helpful and asked me to bring it back for them to check. Great communication and customer service overall.
