Really disappointed booked my appointment two weeks ago with Maria clearly told the lady on the phone I’d like highlights as she also asked if I have had a patch test and I confirmed I’ve been before to then turn up today to be told she wasn’t sure what I wanted but she has 30 minutes… if you were so unsure perhaps pick up the phone and call me prior? Really disappointing…

Always love coming to De-Lux. I only have a wash and style, usually by Maria, as I’m not local but they always find me an appointment, always give me a good welcome and I always leave looking fabulous. Very competitive prices too. Fabulous service all round. Thank you.

I turned up on the off chance as a walk in, cheeky i know the day before Christmas eve! I was fitted in and had a lovely wash and blow dry.Thank you so much I'm very grateful.

Turned up for a dry cut today I had an appointment for to find out that there were no available chairs. This is the second time I have been let down by this salon. The first time I arrived for a cut and colour to find the salon closed due to staff illness. No apology (again). Waste of my time so I've booked elsewhere.

Have been going to Maria for a while now and she is a fantastic hair dresser, she turned my hair from a brassy blonde to a lovely cool shade of blonde. She is a great hairdresser, very welcoming and does exactly what you ask for. Would definately recommend. Thanks Maria
