I have used Liz and her team since opening The Bluebell in 2015 and despite being a twenty bedroom sleeps 50 Behemoth they have never let me down. I couldn’t run my business without their professional services. First class. Mark Huge Holiday Homes

Well I'm still here but found the place clean and lovely didn't see any staff but paid what I expected to pay nice clean washing what more do you need

I read the details on the website, sounded great. As encouraged I sent a text first thing this morning asking if I could come and put a load of washing in on our way out for the day and if it could be dried and ready to pick up. After about half an hour got a reply saying they are not doing any service washes. I text back to ask how much a wash is to do myself and how long a typical cycle takes…. No reply by late afternoon. I appreciate that they may be busy, understaffed or whatever but if you read what it says in the website, it leads you to expect stress free customer service. I would suggest updating your website so it is not offering things you plainly can’t honor.
