Yes used to be nest chemist in town, how far they hav dropped because of new management. Just goes to show got arrogant sum are! Informing their will however out of order. Wat a shame!

Absolutely ridiculous 3 weeks ago I had a prescription sent to them for my baby's milk it was a Thursday day lady said it would be ready for Saturday which was fine because he had a couple tins left went that Saturday to go collect it to be told their was no milk for him I had half a tin left I had to go all over brid to look for a tin I've never been so upset and worried because this is my baby's food the worse thing is they didn't even bother to contact me!! They have my number... And this week on the 7.3.23 I went to collect his milk once again to be given aptamil pepti 2 he's 4 month old so obviously he's to young they told me to ask my health visitor how to give him it so I phone them the next day to ask about it and they told me to keep it away from him it would make him really poorly it's to rich and to much iron in it for his age.. The prescription I was supposed to actually get was Neocate but they thought it would be fine to give me aptamil pepti 2 I honestly don't know how they have jobs trying to harm a baby.

If you appreciate any of the following, then this is the chemist for you: 1. Being completely ignored when you walk in, by staff who can’t be bothered to acknowledge your existence 2. Having to listen to staff moaning about how very busy they are. Last time I checked, a business should like being busy 3.Being told your prescription isn’t ready, despite sending you a message to say it is. 4.being given half your prescription, because they never have enough, meaning you have to repeat the entire cycle again Ps. If you don’t like your job, find something else.

Poor service, zero discretion when other customers are around.
