Ordered medication on line, my bank account was debited. No goods received ten days later. Messaged using several online methods, mail failures. Telephoned, no response, finally made contacted, we do not process online orders on this number, contact another number. Did so, cut off, made contact, lady advised me the medication was out of stock. I asked the question, "Why was my bank account debited if there was none in stock?", no satisfactory answer. A promise was made to refund, I await!
Certainly no care in the community from this pharmacy, totally unprofessional and rude to my mum who had been sent there after ringing 111. Someone's in the wrong job!
No response to my online order! The money left my account but from then until now I have NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS, nor received any message from them, nor a response to the email or telephone message left.
No response to my online order! I bought some cream from this pharmacy online on 10.10.24. The money left my account the next day, but from then until now (15.11.24) I have NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS, nor received any message from them, nor a confirmation of the sale, nor a response to the two emails I've subsequently sent to them via their own website complaining about their service. I was wondering if it was just an on-line scam, but they do seem to have a shop in Bridlington at the given address. Awful shopping experience! Still waiting for my goods or a refund, over one month later!
I always have to wait,even if I have rung earlier to check that my prescription is ready. Often one or two items are missing,often they spend long minutes in the back trying to find my prescription, I say I will call back and still when I do it takes ages yet again to find it. I do hope they can improve their service to the community as I know that is far from me alone who has exactly the same problem.
