When they do things right, they're brilliant. But I've had a delivery of someone else's meds before now, left outside my back door. I phoned them about it and was made to feel as if it was my fault that they had to come out and collect them. So much for trying to do the right thing. Last week I went in for a free Covid test - that I know I'm entitled to as I have an underlying condition that's on THEIR list. But I had to pay for it. The fact that I had to pay £1.95 wasn't the issue. It was the fact that I was made to look like a liar in front of a roomful of other customers. At the time I felt wretched. I was so short of breath I could hardly speak a full sentence, so I think it'd be great if the staff just listened once in a while. I believed in using these little pharmacies to ensure they remain open. Now, I don't really care. The test was positive. I'm now on my sixth day in hospital.
