From initially contacting Chris at 1st Choice Roofing I felt valued, respected, understood and definitely not under any pressure to proceed beyond the quote. He came, took time to listen to what i wanted, advised me on how he would proceed if successful in getting the job, still no pressure to go ahead. I've now had three velux windows in two properties from them, supplied and fitted. In property one there was no access to fit it from the inside, he carried out all work from the outside, three floors up. He arranged the scaffold, removal of the old window, fitted the new one to a very high standard, under difficult circumstances due to restricted access. The other two windows were in the second property where there hadn't been any windows previously. Removal of tiles, made the holes, strengthen the rafters, windows fitted, quick, cleanly and very efficiently. Chris and his team are some of the best people you'll meet, polite, sociable and respectful, i could go on. I only knew they'd been because I had new windows, no cleaning up after them at all. We chose 1st Choice Roofing based on previous reviews and were not wrong. Chris gave us a quote and despite being very busy he managed to fit us in. Our conservatory felt flat roof was stripped off and replaced with a grp coating. The work was done by George and Cory who were professional, polite and friendly and kept us informed throughout the work. The end result was excellent and the area left clean and tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his team and will certainty use them again if the need arises.

We had a complete new roof, with new ridge tiles, put on our bungalow by Chris and his team. They were very professional and friendly throughout, taking extra care to protect the tiles against the strong winds. The property was left clean and tidy.
