Absolutely fantastic customer service. Our agent was Jonathan he checked that the holiday was suitable for our needs, going the extra by showing us the area we would be staying, explaining about the place , got us all booked including airport parking , explained our needs regards passports. Totally 100% support ALL the staff here great group who are always happy to help.

**Look at trust pilot reviews (1.9 out of 5 stars nearly 1k reviews) tells you all you need to know** No attempt to recover deposit money (£1,000) for a holiday and no attempt at apology either. Just a poor attitude from whichever staff member in branch responds to these reviews.

My husband and I went to discuss the possibility of a European river cruise. We spoke with a lovely young lady called Aimee. She was very friendly and one of her colleagues was very knowledgeable about cruising on the Danube. They both helped us make our choice.

Didnt contact us when they said they would. Had to chase up our tickets after they said they would call us . Also didn't tell us we needed a visa to travel to Cuba when we had already asked and they said no. Had to fill 1 in at airport. We're very vague as to why are hotel was cancelled less than 2 weeks before we were due to fly Need to be a lot more knowledgeable about queries. Felt as if it was too much trouble to sort and find things out. Made booking our holiday more stressful than needed to be. Sad really as it was always my go to travel agents.
