I have used the Bike shop on several occasions over the last year for buying accessories and this week to service and sort out issues with gears . I found Dave to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to he sorted my ebike out and ready to use in less than one working days. I would comment that other bike shop in Bridlington would not undertake work because it was e-bike and I didn’t purchase with them which is not great customer practice cheers Dave would recommend for buying or repair

Fell off my bike while doing the Yorkshire Wolds ride and damaged the rear mech. The kind man at the bike shop not only waited for me to find my way there, (even though he was actually closed) he also managed to make my bike rideable again so that I could complete the ride home. And when I asked how much I owed him he refused any payment! Unbelievable customer service. Thank you very much.

Bought a nice £25 bike rack which uses 4 hex screws to attach to seat post genuinely a 2 min job. Fair enough didn't want to fit it as other maintenance work to do. But wouldn't lend me an Allen key to do it myself. Did agree to loosen bolts so I could try by hand apparently the owners directive, which left me with an unusable bike, as I couldn't tighen them enough. So pushed it around Brid until I could buy a full set to add to my collection - you can't buy just one. I understand people had nicked tools before, but I offered a deposit to no avail. Once hand fitted it would have taken 30secs to tighten them, a fraction of the time it took to online pay. Thankfully they were more reasonable at Goodwins lending me scissors needed to open the hex set and cut tie-wraps!

I bought a scooter from this bike shop for my sons birthday. My son has just road it next to me three times whist dropping shopping off during lockdown and has not had chance to even take it to skate park, on the first use the grip tape ripped and lifted. I explained this to the owner of the bike ship as this was not a cheap scooter it was £130 in the sale and I don't think this should of happened straight away . His reply was "that's just how it is". He wasn't interested at all and offered me poor costomer service. I will never use him or recommend him again. I have bought better quality cheaper scooters on the past.

We were looking for a particular bike that we couldn’t find at any resellers (probably due to the factory closing for corona virus). I found the bike shop at Bridlington on line and made contact with the owner Dave. In the transaction I dealt with Dave and Kerry who were both amazingly helpful and the bike is fantastic Highly recommended shop with great service
