Excellent range of school uniforms and really good prices. All the staff are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. 5*’s

Would give less if I could. Manager is gobby and vile. Doesn't like being confronted by their own refund policy as per their own website so after she lost her temper with me I got barred from a shop I go in once a year to buy 1 school top. No loss. Extortionately priced anyway. Shame because the other staff are really nice. I think it was Caroline the managers name. Shame she thinks mouthing at customers telling them before any altercation that 'you don't frighten me' is acceptable. K&A used to be a decent shop but it's a shame the staff aren't aware of a clearly listed refund policy and tried to claim its an online only policy. Unfortunately I wasn't polite myself after being barred. Check out their website for refund policy before you shop and be prepared to argue for your money.

I went in here today with my Mrs and our soon to be 2 year old and was greeted by a lovely women who could not do enough for us. Even removing security tags so it would not hurt when trying things on. This type of customer service is very rare these days. I am sorry I did not get her name but had long dark curly style hair with glasses. Thank you for today a really pleasure

We went in today and the staff in there couldn't be more helpful. I went in with a list and the ladies in there were extremely helpful and polite and made our uniform shop stress free! All done within 15 minutes. Will definitely be coming here again.

Made two orders online, multiple items missing. Called up to let me know items were ready to collect. When arriving at the shop they had no idea and were confused over which items were outstanding. Very unorganised and unprofessional. Tips to them: When items are out of stock list them that way on the website to avoid confusion and disappointment. K&A are the nominated supplier for all school uniforms in the area. The uniforms design fit and style is outdated as is there customer service. Very Disappointing! Get your uniforms from M&S, Next or Zara better fit and service. I don't even want to give one star but it is making me to submit this post.
