Without doubt the worst customer service of any building merchants I’ve ever stepped foot in, this negative review doesn’t come off the back of a singular bad experience but one of many, I’m honestly beginning to believe the staff there have some sort of competition running for how long you can ignore a customer and keep them waiting, it’s like Andy’s man club in there, everytime I go to the counter. Chewing the fat is fine, but a little acknowledgment of your presence wouldn’t go a miss, or better yet, bear with me a moment whilst I serve this customer. Telephone enquiries are no better, never seems to be anyone available on the desk at the time to take your call and if they say they’re going to get someone to call you back they very rarely do. They should re-brand as a coffee shop and run lonely blokes coffee mornings! Some of us have to get to work and don’t have the time to be fannying about listening to life stories

Great local company,great staff large choice of tools and everything else u need great design service if your thinking of having new kitchen or bath room great landscspe department first class service throughout the whole company be it u sre just buy a bit of pipe to a full kitchen
