Bridlington No 1 Rock and Gift Shop

Spent nearly £100 on Pokemon cards here and there fake owner has offered no help or a way to resolve the matter don’t buy pokemon cards from here 😡 counterfeit merchandise.

Shocking place my friend spent alot of money on pokemon for her little boy and they were fake the owner was terrible when she told him do not buy from here

I had a great experience in the shop I took my 3 kids in and there was something for them all so much variety in the products the staff were giving us amazing advice and they were very helpful, overall an excellent company

Went in October 2024 bought loads of stuff nougat , peanut brittle, fudge , and biscuits the biscuits had to all be thrown away out of date and soggy so we went back today 22nd Feb 2025 and I though I would pop In and check the biscuits nothing has changed they had July 2024 on them so I took a box to the counter and explained that we bought a lot last October and when we got home and opened they were soggy and out of date and gave her a box that I had just took off the shelf with July 2025 on them she blamed the young staff saying they don't rotate the stock more like trying to sell lady seasons o,o d goods

Very friendly customer service me and my partner and children went in today to buy children a gift before our arrival home we spent alot due to the amount we spent he added a good few items free which we was very pleased with! Alot of cool cheap items for the children the best in bridlington! well done guys keep up the good work!!. We will see you again soon .
