Phoenix Field Sports Supplies is a traditional shop in the heart of what is known as Bridlington's Old Town. I needed another large pistol case and rather than order it online I thought I'd give Phoenix a phone call first which is 12 miles away as I'd bought my other large pistol case from there after they'd ordered it in for me and I've been very happy with it. I'd rather support Phoenix which is the nearest gun shop than some obscure online seller and fortunately Phoenix had the very case I wanted in stock which during the call he said was £19.99 so I nipped through to buy it. When I got there he said it was wrongly priced and should have been £28.00 which I knew was the usual going price but he wouldn't accept the full payment even when I said I was quite happy and willing to pay it. Clearly he places much store on his word. What a really nice gesture Apart from being honest he's very knowledgeable too and all I can say is that it's that kind of honesty and service which will keep customers like myself returning time after time. The prices are competitive so shop with confidence. Highly recommended.

What a pleasure to find the old values of customer satisfaction, I just called in out of an interest in guns of all type, I must admit I did not expect to come away with a very nice air rifle... But I did. It was not through being pressurised in anyway, but I was offered a superb deal. I certainly would recommend this shop to anyone.

Called for some advice and the owner was really helpful over the phone. I then went to the shop and the service was perfect. If you need help, advice and new toys this is the store for you. Thanks so much for your help.

Great shop and the fella that owns it is as nice as they come. If there's something you want but don't see it on website he can probably get it for you if you ask. Deffo a good honest business!

An excellent friendly shop! Great prices and knowledgeable . I’ll travel here for everything I need in future even though it’s 40 miles from me. Far better than my local shop. Thank you!!
