I asked Griffins for a quote to repair my-ten year old Rolex watch and instead of taking 7-10 days it took 3 weeks and me to chase them. I chose not to go ahead with the repair as it was so expensive but that would have been the same everywhere. When I went to collect my watch after two weeks they hadn’t received it back from repairer. As I’ve had a catalogue of errors, I wouldn’t recommend Groffins for a watch repair.

We chose this traditional jewellers with its eye catching jewellery items & the promotion they offer when you purchase 2 wedding rings as that's what our intention was at the beginning of February. They have a security feature before you enter the premises which is ideal & we were welcomed by their member of staff Jon who dealt with our purchase from the start. From measuring the sizes of rings we needed to choosing the specific type of ring & style we required. We received excellent service throughout our purchase from quoting us the prices of different types of rings to ordering & receiving them. We also had them engraved inside the rings too. We also collected them on valentines day which was so appropriate with our wedding being several weeks later. Highly reccommend.

Had a great experience today when visiting with my wife who has a wheelchair. We were welcomed by Sarah who offered us a seat and made sure my wife was happy with the stairs. We were shown the pad we required and invited to try on with a little information given about each one. No pressure to purchase and we were made comfortable to browse. My wife picked one which fitted but was offered a resizing service from their in house jewellery. We paid and my wife was offered a gift as a thank you. Good classic service. Thank you.

I had such a great experience at Griffin Jewelers thanks to Clo Smith. I needed my engagement ring fixing and a replica earring made. She made the experience easy and professional and communicated with me throughout the process. Both pieces of jewelry look incredible and I would trust her and their service again.
