Have ordered from this company several times. I find they dispatch items very quickly and are well packaged. Just received a new piece of vet fleece..I like that they offer a range of sizes, so you can buy a small piece which is what I needed. Love being able to support British manufacturing...great quality and washes well.

Visited to get a pet tag made, which was done while I waited which I wasn't expecting, every staff member I spoke to was extremely friendly and wanted to help me as quickly as possible, the gentleman who engraved my tag even gave advice on how to keep it looking top notch, nothing was too much trouble and showed a level of customer service that is becoming harder to find. I will definitely think of this company first if I need anything pooch related in the future. Thanks 😀

Item described as 'chew resistant' yet my 12 week old puppy got through it within 15 minutes! No help from the seller at all as apparently its not covered under warranty even though they advertise it as chew resistant!

I can’t praise this company high enough. Having done my research on dog beds, for my Irish Wolfhound, i decided on their jenny wren sustain a pet bed. Unfortunately they didnt do an XL.I contacted them and was passed to Richard. Having established i definitely needed a XL bed, we agreed on the measurements and coverings and he agreed to have a bed made for me. Not only that, he told me i would have the bed on thursday. This was monday afternoon. It arrived thursday. It’s absolutely perfect. My dog loves it. The quality is outstanding. What more can i say. If you have a giant breed or any size dog, look no further.

I am a long time user of Vetfleece for all our animals so was a bit surprised when my latest order arrived and the green backing was as stiff as a board! I spoke to Stuart at Vetfleece who explained I had been sent some fleece from a faulty run, by mistake. Stuart was extremely apologetic and immediately organised a replacement which arrived within two days. I cannot praise the service I have always received from Vetfleece and they continue to produce the best fleece on the market.
