The Groom Room Bridlington

I have Mac the Maniac, he is a Patterdale/Miniature Poodle Cross. He is my first dog that needs grooming. The groomers he had his first cut with closed down. Mac is on his third possibly his 4th session with the Groom room. They are about the same price as all of the local groomers. I am always happy with Mac when I collect him, this time I asked them to trim as much of his head as he would let them. They did a fantastic job, Mac is is strange lad, they told me he was happy with the clippers on his face but wouldn't tolerate the scissors. I know how excitable Mac can be, those 5 stars are well deserved.

I will never take my dog here ever again what they did to my bichion she had to wait 10 weeks for a full groomso because she was a bit matted on her back legs they absolutely scalped her .she has done nothing but scratch,bite,lick ,her skin had to have a collar on her.she is in such a mess .this was done on the23 Rd of September. Bloody disgusting to charge 47 pound for a complete mess .

Took our 16 week old Cockapoo, Paddington, for his first puppy groom. We were even more nervous than he was - he really doesn't like hair driers and hates being away from us, but from the moment the girls picked him up he seemed relaxed. When we came back he was happily wandering around behind the counter. He looked great and we have no concerns about next time. Great job!

Took our shih tzu here for a full groom,it took them nearly two & half hours to do her then when we collected her the groomer said to us abruptly " she doesn't look the best as she kept moving". What do they expect, the dog to stand totally still for over 2 hours? One side of her face was trimmed but not the other & my wife had to tidy her up when we got home. We think they just couldn't be bothered as it was getting late in the day & last day before Christmas. Not worth nearly £50. Won't be returning.

We have used the groom room many times now for all three of our dogs and they have always done an amazing job. They always ask how you would like the cut so you know exactly what you're going to end up with. The dogs always come out looking good and smelling great and are always so much happier with a new fresh cut. It may not be the cheapest groomer in town but worth it for the quality of service and you can't put a price on a happy dog can you? Having tried various places in the past we will definitely be sticking with the groom room.
