What great customer service after I accidently ordered 2 pairs of shoes of the same style. Immediate refund and followed up by a phone call to update and reassure me. The shoes have just arrived and I am delighted. Perfect fit and great price. Thank you Marshalls.

We visited your shop on 7 October. A very nice knowledgeable woman helped me buy 2 pairs of Waldloufer trainers in size 5.5. I asked for size 6 but she realised 5.5 was better. I asked about a waterproofing spray but was told the shoes were waterproof so this was unnecessary. I wore one pair of the trainers happily for a week. On 14 October my socks became wet. I wish I had applied some waterproofing before my first outing in the new shoes.

We were recommended to go to Marshall's for my husband some shoes , he has a very high instep and finds it hard to get good fitting ones . What an excellent shop this is. The Gentleman that attended to us was very knowledgeable and,on checking his feet told us what the problem was . After only wearing trainers ,as they were the only footwear that was comfortable, we left the shop with a perfect fitting pair of leather shoes . I would highly recommend this shop .

Ordered ladies boots at very good price mid afternoon Thursday; fast confirmation and notice of dispatch same day and delivered early afternoon Saturday. Very pleased with service.

I bought the shoes online from this store. The delivery was on time, shoes were cheaper than other shops. However, you get what you pay: the shoes broke just after three months of occasionally wearing them. But this is not the problem - the problem was the customer service - when complained about the shoes, I was told to send them "for inspection" and then I will be told what will happen to them. This is just not acceptable and I am bringing my business to somewhere else next time. Update: I got a call from the customer service manager and was referred to “the one that left one star review” guy! 😱 I was again explained that in order to be helped I need to send them my shoes for inspection and after x days they would either send me a refund (full : partial), send me back my shoes or maybe order a new pair. But the point is that I can’t afford to be without the shoes for c days, to which the customer service manager laughed at me saying that surely I have more than one paired of shoes! That amount of condescending conversation I haven’t had in ages!
