My childs school uniform hadn't been delivered and it was getting on to 5 weeks since i'd paid for it and I had received no reliable communications or tracking number. I was quickly refunded by PayPal without the need for a dispute as they deemed this unfair and their buyer protection policy kicked in. Shortly after this claim had been issued the uniform was subsequently hand delivered and left in my side shed. I have received awful threatening emails from the seller harassing me about this and it has really upset me. I have offered to send the money again to pay for the late order. He has been nothing but rude and not accepting responsibility. I do not recommend.

Very poor customer service , my order was incorrect, yet the supplier refused to acknowledge this fact. His manner was rude and abrupt.
