My PC 'died' completely on a Saturday. I contacted Mike, who was happy to deal with it immediately, and within an hour or so of dropping off the PC he had replaced the power supply unit and cleaned my machine, all for an extremely reasonable price. I will certainly use him again!

I was having a nightmare with my web hosting company. Emails kept failing to be delivered and most of the time my emails/telephone calls/texts to support were not responded to. Thankfully, a good "mutual" friend recommended Mike. At first I was unsure of what to expect as I didn't want to jump out of the frying pan into the fire. However, Mike fully appreciated the predicament I was in, talked through the options available, how he could help and put my doubts to rest. Mike talked me through the whole process of re-registering my domain, he repointed nameservers, fully backed up my website, helped me setup my email client once again and led me every single step of the way. On the day of switching he was on hand ALL day to assist and within a few hours the emails started to flow again, the web pages were fully working (Wordpress with plugins) and I do mean FULLY working. It has been almost a fortnight now and the emails/domain have had 100% uptime with zero problems whatsoever. I cannot thank Mike enough, I am absolutely delighted with not only the service and support but it was also great to meet up and thank him personally. I cannot recommend MCS Computers highly enough 🙂

Fantastic service from Mike! Unlike most businesses you wait far too long for a reply or not at all. I contacted 3 businesses as my laptop had a complex problem and Mike replied straightaway. Another business replied the next day. He invited me to take my laptop into his outlet and was greeted with a very friendly manner and took a look at my laptop straightaway. He identified the problem and because of it's complexibility he asked me to call back in tomorrow. Mike kept me well informed that day and the following day letting me know exactly what work he was carrying out and was very keen to make sure this was done as quickly as possible. As much as a complex problem that it was i was most delighted with the outcome in which he had thoroughly succeeded to fix this. I called in to collect it at the price promise quoted. Would highly recommend this company to any new potential customers, from my experience you will not be disappointed. The staff are really helpful and the quality of the inks I bought were top-notch. Their online order service has a fast turnaround and delivery. No waiting around with these guys. Discovered this company by chance about 6 months ago, during a day trip to Bridlington and what an absolute gem of a find and have used their shop and online service many times ever since.
