The Jasmine Guest House

We enjoyed a weeks stay here. Rooms are a bit tired, but it didn't put us off. The owner and the staff are lovely. There breakfasts set you up for the day to explore the area. For the money don't expect 5 star. It's budget accommodation. We loved our stay, and will come back.

Had to clean my own room before I could unpack and settle in. TV didn’t work,Shower was more of a trickle,radiators didn’t work and the view from my room was a back yard full of dog mess. They overcharged me and blamed Booking.com and I had to open a dispute through my bank before I was issued a refund over a week later. I know it is cheap but the standard was still way below what it should be. Best thing about the place was the breakfast which I must admit was very substantial and well cooked.

Owner was very welcoming even carried my case up the stairs was only here for one night with my other half n 3 kids Really enjoyed it will be staying agian The room was nice and clean , shower room was nice n clean xx

This place is dirty and run down. Desperately in need of a bloody good clean. In fact the only really clean item was the towels. Our bedding smelled fusty and hadn't been changed. The shower trim was filthy. Luckily we were only here one night. I even slept in my clothes because the bedding grossed me out. We didn't eat breakfast as we had no confidence in owners at this point. The hotel is dog friendly but I would let my dog sleep on the floor.

Nice place to stay for a good price. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Friendly staff.
