Fantastic hotel, rooms were lovely, very comfy beds and pillows, ensuite bathroom and shower lovely and clean , also very new and fresh, great location only 10 mins walk into bridlington. Only negative we experienced was in the hotel restaurant, arrived to eat dinner and really didn't enjoy the starter so we paid up and left. Other than that we would definitely return.

Dreadful experience today a party of 19 pre booked their carvery .We had a disabled child and 2 babys so 3 of our party had to wait with the kids while we payed they gave us a ticket. Was told to go to the front when we swapped .they where told to ho back of the queue. So I complained asked to speak to Adrian but he told a staff member he is too busy. Soothe other 3 ate 30 minutes after us all so spoilt a family birthday meal .one of us actually stormed out. We will not be back again thats for sure I won't recommend it .il spend my money at a place that appreciate their customers .they are obviously to superior to talk to their customers very arrogant

Went for a 3 course Xmas lunch, found all staff rude, arrived at 11.55 we were 5 minutes early, told we couldn't sit as our table wasn't ready. Meal served no Marie sauce on prawns, no Yorkshire pudding with turkey dinner, no bacon on tiny sausage, no sprouts, no parsnips, asked if we could have a Yorkshire pudding, no it's with beef only. Asked for coffees after meal a quarter of a cup came, we asked if they could fill the cups, lady not happy at all, brought us a tea pot with hot water, terrible service, meal not worth the money. Won't be going back
