Absolutely love going here for the 10 pin bowling 🎳, friendly staff £35 for an hour regardless if you are playing solo or a group of friends, alcoholic drinks prices are not too bad, a great place for some quality entertainment with your family or friends 😊 the arcade is a bit of fun from 2p machines fruit machines ice hockey, grab machines with soft toys 🧸 etc , 3 screens cinema, cafe, restaurant, amazing 😊
The arcade is looking a bit sorry for itself as of late, with the older machines in disrepair and the newer ones being the rubbish cheap ones. The games are basically just slop for people who don't know any better (what happened to Outrun 2?) and a lot of the fruit machines had so many lights broken that they were basically impossible to play properly! Also, the downstairs bit always had a load of classic fruit machines, most of those are gone, and the ones that remain have more lights out than working! It's a shame because it's a nice big building and could be really good, just seems like it needs a big pack of bulbs buying, and maybe some decent arcade games (think sega rally and the likes) bringing in. Newer isn't always better, bring back outrun!
Me and my grandad was in here today and we got the attendance to fix the machine because the 2p were stuck he came over sorted it then we won a lil figure toy we got Him to come back over we was polite with him and we was speaking saying it’s here and he said im a rude tone. “ hang on im on the radio” now there is no need for such rudeness sorr you staff out!
Just been in bar upstairs decent folk lager spot on friendly staff roaring fire good place to be nice views over bay too.
I would tell you how much of a scam this place is Me and my friend was so exited to play on the machines and unfortunately nobody was on the extangeing cash area so she had to use a machine that apparently only takes £10? What happened to taking £5 out or even £20 like before it's a disappointment the prizes that costs 20p or 30p is a joke it's basically luck to win, for the prizes too much tickets needed and it's the fact the staff members are very rude and grumpy all the time it's disgraceful We are the paying customers and you're not so I don't know why you're mad with us for wanting fun. trying to have a nice holiday or break from school/work Forum please do better and improve you're machines it's a disgrace that I have to address you this way and next time I would ask for a refund if you're machines are broken like ones with the guns And I hope you have a good food day and go slay a dragon away on your own account in the bay way. Like pineapples and oranges 😁 good luck on life.
