AVOID THIS PLACE! I am never one to write negative reviews, but today unfortunately I am absolutely astounded as to the way I was treated by the chap who was attending to the games machines here. Myself and my 5 year old son visited here today and went on the prize everytime grabber machine. It was all going well until one of the tags on the toys we won caused it to get stuck when we won it. My poor son (excited to get what we had just won) was gutted when the chap I spoke to said "that prize has been there for ages." He basically didn't believe us and fobbed us off everytime I tried to explain that we had only just won it, and it hadn't been there for ages. This member of staff who refused to give his name to me came across very dismissive on our first interaction. I understand sometimes, some people may try it on, however, we are very genuine people who were on holiday when we visited, and to get this response and be as dismissive as you were, this is just unacceptable. Note aswell, the change machine dispensed an old one pound coin too, so clearly the machines need checking. I will be in touch very soon with the contact number I have here on Google as this isn't the end I'm afraid, and if this doesn't get rectified, or even an apology, then unfortunately, I will be left with no choice but to take further action. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Nasty person , spoke to me and my daughter very hastily, after I told him a toy was stuck that we just won on a £2 grabbing machine. Man said we couldn't have it in a very horrible way, even though machine says win a prize every time. So wasted the money daughter was upset.

Loads of 2p machines. The tickets you collect don't get you much in terms of prizes. The guy who was working was really friendly, making sure the kids had a good time.

I visited the arcade this afternoon, after a button on a machine got stuck i asked for it to be looked at. A man (who i now know is the manager) got very aggressive and started shouting and blaming it on my son. Be warned!
