I had an amazing time with my family here, we won plenty of prizes even a £10 note!! It was an all round great experience and I will definitely be visiting again.
Went today and fair enough good many prizes. I did win a prize from the machine but sadly as a good will gesture I asked if could swap it, the young man working replied sadly he couldn't. I saw a kid on one of the 2p machines trying to get a prize, he left the machine for a bit of time to go to his mum I'm guessing to carry on playing the machine to win the prize he was after. I witnessed the same employee I spoke to going around opening the machines and 'moving' the prizes inside. So the effort this poor kid went to, with the prize close to the edge, this employee opened the machine and moved it back into place, and adding another prize inside. I didn't get to see if the kid returned to the machine but I can imagine he was devastated. I witnessed the same employee going around and arranging each 2p machine so all the prizes weren't as they were, which I believe is unfair as means customers spending more when effort was already made to try to claim the prizes. My partner and I won a prize in one of the 2p machines, we then left it to go on another machine. When we went back past the 2p machine we won our prize in, the other prize which we had got close to the edge, we had left it there previously in hope one of the kids or someone else would come along to win the prize. Nope, this prize was pushed back further into the machine, and another prize added, so the effort wasted.
Won some prizes on the 2p machines the staff was strict. Most prize was standing when on the edge there rolled back. People are there to have a fun on Holiday and staff being rude its not good.
Rude manager and not family friendly. After a long day at the seaside my 2 year old was cranky and crying and we were asked to leave because of it. Amusements are supposed to be family friendly fun yet it seems the management aren’t family friendly. I’d avoid if I were you…..there’s lots of other amusements where you can spend your hard earned cash and not have to worry about your children crying!!!
