There is loads of information jammed into this little museum, perhaps a little too much for the kids to read everything but we did have a good little visit, and it's free entry (but donations accepted!)
Very quirky and unique little museum that is free and entry is by donation only. Really packs a punch for its size with so much to see crammed into the space available. Especially liked the handwritten letters on the walls, the mock up of the ships cabin and radio plus the exhibits about the brother's boats that they also own there.
We popped in here as we were passing by and were so glad we did. The gentleman working there was very welcoming and knowledgeable, and there's plenty to look at and learn. Even my nine year old enjoyed it here. Wonderful little place and it's free!
Visited on 22d October, 2023. Been to Bridlington for 6 -7 times, but never really realize that this place existed. It is not big and not too many displays, but what worth the visit is the volunteers who can give you so many information and knowledge. However, it is sad to hear that there are too many of them left, as they are aging, and they can't open too often. Please make a donation as the entry is free, they have a donation box outside.
