We visited on a Monday and visited as it opened (around 10.00am). The visit can be over quickly, so we took our time at each part of the experience and the kids loved every minute, with them wanting to go around for a second time. We felt the venue was like a great funhouse, with different obstacles to traverse, such as various bridges, a mirror maze and a climbing wall (that's optional) We spent around £35 for 3 kids and 4 adults and we felt like it was a reasonable price. Would visit again!
A short Dino themed maze - various obstacles and effects mixed in with some animatronic dinosaurs and a climbing wall. Nice way to pass 20 mins on a coolish day and kids enjoyed it
Myself and family went here for a visit earlier this week. My 8 year old has autism but we weren’t allowed to see if he would be ok with the attraction before paying (he wanted to go in but can get scared by noises etc) so we paid for us all. What we feared would happen happened - literally 20 seconds in he refused to enter so I stayed back whilst my husband and other son went in. I asked if there was any chance of a partial refund for myself and my son who hasn’t gone in but the lady there couldn’t do it because her boss wasn’t there. She said we needed to return an hour later when the boss would be there. We did so and she proceeded to walk us halfway back round the promenade to another man who said he also didn’t have authority to give us a refund but took my number and assured me he would get the boss to contact me and issue refund. Said they weren’t the kind of business who would not give the money back for something like this. 4 days later and still waiting for the call. No contact details online and ignored Facebook messages.
Visited on a bank holiday Saturday wasn't busy at all. £5 is overpriced for roughly 5 minutes. It is good inside (Dino maze type walk through) my 4 year old loved it and wanted to go around again but that involves paying again.
Absolutely crap 40£ for a 6 minute walk through of things that BLUE PETER could have made better very poor quality and expensive and top.make it worse they will not except the British currency card only save your money and go on the beach and have a ice-cream ps not very safe in places
