The house is beautiful that's where the positives end. I have never met such a unhelpful person. Every other paragraphs relates to charges for this or charges for that. Money....money...money. Every response I received was a no. Customer service doesn't exist. The attic bedroom is too small, has no opening windows and is stifling. The garage which houses the pool table is freezing. Hot tub open to the elements. Check out far too early....not sympathetic to anyone having to drive early. Some people go away to have a good time and a drink with friends. Not if you stay here through fear of the early check out. Shame cos the house is actually stunning. The overall experience not so.

Lovely place to stay. Needed to clean the cookware and ovens and the few kitchen knives need replacing. No can opener either. Other than that it's absolutely beautiful

A beautifully furnished and clean house with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday complete with hot tub. Good location and close to public transport links into Whitby.

Absolutely beautiful house! Everything thought of in every way, hardly wanted to leave to go on our days out, used the hot tub daily, twice a day sometimes 😅 will definitely be back, amazing hosts..gone way above and beyond!

Had a lovely 2 weeks here. Perfect place for our dog with a safe enclosed garden. Everything you could think of is within this beautiful place.
