We booked this place for our event, and it was a really good venue. The management was very cooperative and helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

I can’t speak more highly of The Space and especially the café. Every member of staff is brilliant. Amanda and Glenda take such good care of me and are a joy to see every time I go. The food is absolutely spot-on, genuinely home-made, delicious and nutritious, and they are so knowledgable with allergies. They do the best gluten-free food in the whole of Brighouse! Everyone is so caring and there’s such a good community there. There’s always fun things going on, and friendly faces. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays they do free - yes free! - cup of tea and crumpets/porridge for breakfast.

I called in today spoke with the lady who had previously emailed me or invited me round to discuss the issues which we sat down in a calm manner plus offered me a brew has all you see is what’s going on outside the building but never see what’s going on plus the hub is open to all the lady was brilliant with myself I told her my concerns showed her the proof she explained there are outside groups that use the hub but all people using the hub must respect local residents plus normally I don’t like confrontation or complaining but after this 5 min chat made into 15 mins my mind was made up plus changed for the better they really do make a great impact for the community it should be put to good use more the meal deals are really cheap you can’t find anywhere else plus I see what good they offer to other users not just older people but mixed ages mixed groups I look forward to a brew n cake some time now I see what good is on offer .
