Can't stay away from this cafe, the food is amazing, such good value, you can truly tell only the best quality is used and the food is cooked exactly as you like it. The hot drinks are served very hot. The staff are very helpful and polite, nothing too much trouble for them and always served with a smile. My friends and I go to Fratellis 2 to 3 times a week for lunch. I would highly recommend Fratellis to anyone.
Popped in for a couple of sandwiches today , firstly the customer service on the girls behind the till wasn't very good. They didn't even say thank you to a customer who gave them a tip they just threw it in the tips cup . The atmosphere felt like there was an elephant in the room. The sandwichs them self was very poor just slapped together everything on mine was plonked in the middle very little sauce on could barely taste it. The other sandwich was presented better but the bacon and sausages was burnt. I will not be returning to this one in future.
Popped in after charity shop shopping today for a bite to eat. Been past it before but never been is. Lovely staff were very welcoming and attentive, the burger was wonderful and the place was clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely be back

I had my baby shower here, all the staff were absolutely amazing, so attentive and such an amazing deal for what we got! They closed early so we could use the whole cafe. The food was incredible and they made sure any dietary requirements were catered for and didn’t feel like they were missing out. Everyone was raving about the food and how lovely it was. Could not recommend more!
