Arrived on my own with my dog. Asked the team member do I just take a seat she said yes. Sat down no menu after being told to take a seat i sat there for 15 minutes still with no menu. I asked a customer where do I order i was told at the counter. So I took the dog to the counter where I found 1 menu. I was asked straight away want I wanted. Not yet seen the menu. I quickly ordered then they watched me struggle with the dog and my pint and my cutlery back to the table. What should of been a relaxing visit felt very unorganised and stressful.
Lovely cafe/bar. Great atmosphere and dog friendly too with a doggy water and treat station, so cute! Food was delicious/tasty and reasonably priced. Service was friendly and helpful. Food came to the table really quickly and was piping hot. Reservations are welcomed as I can imagine it will get busy. Didnt try the cakes this time but will definitely be returning to try, they looked amazing!
4.5 stars from me! It’s a nice little cafe/bar located on the brighouse canal, which makes a nice little stop off if you are out for a walk. The service and the atmosphere was spot on, and the food and drink was lovely too. We kept it pretty basic with a full breakfast and latte but the food was really tasty. My only small issue is that the food could have been a bit warmer, but I’m being picky! We will 100% be going again!
Great spot for a breakfast in Brighouse town centre. I got a vegetarian breakfast, just because hash browns were included on that and not on the full English. It was lovely and very filling. The breakfast wrap was probably the biggest wrap I've ever seen in a restaurant! The staff were lovely and attentive, especially for a busy Sunday morning.
It’s a favourite!! Long walk through Lillands and the nature reserve, following the canal to end up at Mamils. Dog friendly, great pork scratching. Nice food and lively atmosphere. Love it!
