First time visit. Clean decent looking establishment. Ideal for Kids. Some Retro sweets for sale in middle canopy area. Good selection on menu. Will come again.

Ordered 2 x crepes via just eat tonight at around 7.25pm, had a text at 8.12pm stating they didn't have any banana, tried ringing the number- no answer. Sent text back stating we would have a different topping. Then had a phone call saying the order had been sent out, as no banana, we were getting some pic n mix and cans of pop, its now 9.17pm and still no crepes, sweets , cans of pop - no number to call - and £25.00 I'm so unbelievably disappointed!!!! *UPDATE - The order arrived at 9.40pm - wasn't able to eat , crepes covered in curdled cream and a layer of water. I've loaded photos of the state of my order, that obviously had been sat in a car for over 1 hour!

First time visit. Nice and bright, lots of seating and very busy. Ordered at the counter, food took about 10 minutes for food to arrive so was quite quick. We ordered 2 waffles and a mango and strawberry sundae. Waffles were lovely, shame they didn't come with a scoop of ice-cream, because I had to share mine lol! Vanilla ice-cream was nice but not as nice and creamy as Mr whippy from an ice-cream van, so slightly disappointed for me. Other flavours in fridge looked a good. £30 for 3 people including 2 drinks and some pic and mix. A fun place for little kids watching the robot take the food round.

They have actually hit the nail on the head they have produced a desert paradise with a theme like Charlie s chocolate factory which is great for kids also adults alike & it works it’s great to see an added addition to the Brighouse community. This is my 3rd visit with each visit sampling something a bit different but the service by the very helpful staff ( Orion & Emily)helped me choose my sherbet fruity madness which I highly recommend but you are spoilt for choice plus the staff are on hand with their own recommendations so if the staff like some of these amazing creations well you won’t be let down plus I got a golden ticket .winner winner

Came to check out Charlie's in Brighouse. The place was packed everyone egar to get there favourite dessert. This place has everything your sweet tooth can think of. I have to rate the customer service which was so nice and the queue was so long and the lovely young man behind the counter took it in his stride having a kind attitude towards everyone waiting. He worked his way through that queue that just kept coming I was so impressed. Shout out to the team here and especially Lucas M 🙌 👏🏾 amazing!
