We had a brilliant meal here! It’s easily some of the best authentic Turkish food around, and they have some great Greek options on the menu too. The atmosphere is really lovely—super chill and welcoming. The staff were all so friendly, and the owner is honestly such a nice, genuine person who makes you feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommend!
An Authetic Greek restaurant serving brilliant food! We have been here several time and my mum with her friends is a regular. The food is always freshly made and can tell they use fresh ingredients. The staff are always friendly and efficient. Today it was just my mum and I where we shared the king prawns to start with a bread and dips sharer. For mains we both had the lamb fillet which was on the specials menu. We can both agree this was a good choice as it was fantastic and a decent portion of lamb and full of flavour. The pics show some of the other meals we’ve not just had today. The chicken kebabs or mixed kebabs are always a favourite ❤️ Will be going again and again and again 😁
I visited on Christmas eve as part of a group of four. We all chose the chicken kebab option, with one of the group a coeliac. She was told she couldn't have the rice which at the time of ordering I thought odd so instead was told she could have potatoes. The rice was microwaved. It tasted a bit rubbery. I sometimes have microwave rice at work and it has a specific spell which this did too. That explains why coeliacs can't have it as there are additives in precooked rice. It was very busy, I had to ask for chilli sauce twice before it arrived but other than that it was fine. The food was generally good but I'm not racing to go back. Apparently it's always busy so book in advance if you plan to visit.
First visit for us and wow we have been missing out, the food is amazing, kofte starter and warm bread was wonderful, the kebabs are so tasty lots of lovely fresh salad, recommend garlic roasted new potatoes and of course a side of tzatziki, the staff, the service and the restaurant just 10/10 cannot recommend enough and looking forward to my next visit.
First time visiting Meze and we will be back! The restaurant is beautiful, full of plant and a great atmosphere. The service was very good, the food was excellent, great gluten free options. The GF pitta bread was amazing! Would highly recommend!
