Final Cuts Barber Shop

Extremely disappointed with the service at this barbershop. Took my 18-month-old grandson for a haircut, and the barber was on his AirPods, talking on the phone throughout the entire appointment. It wasn’t even clear if he was speaking to me or the person on the other end of the call. He made no effort to engage with or reassure my grandson, who was understandably nervous. Instead, he forcibly positioned my grandson’s head without care or patience, all while continuing his conversation. It’s incredibly rude and unprofessional to carry on a phone call when a paying client is in front of you. A haircut isn’t just about cutting hair—it’s about customer experience, especially when dealing with young children who need reassurance. There was zero interaction, no empathy, and a complete lack of awareness of what good service looks like. My grandson was visibly upset, and I was appalled by the barber’s attitude. I certainly won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for young children.

Very good customer service friendly staff does any style hair cut you require would definitely return again would recommend to friends and family

I have been a few times and have always received a good service with time and care taken. Unfortunately, today I called in, there was no one else in the shop and I asked for a 0.5 clipper cut at the back and sides and 3 on top with it blended in. The top is certainly not a number 3, it is more like a 1 or 2 and the sides seem longer than a 0.5. The cut didn't seem to take very long compared to normal. If you get one of the good barbers you'll be fine, if you don't anything could happen.

Had my son's haircut today, as they are still in high school , it's charging way too much as what is posted with their price list ( gents £11) they are asking £13 each of my sons not even skin fade, don't think I will come back. We used this barber for few times but what happens today put us off.

Very well presented barbers. Would recommend this barbers too anyone. Very friendly people, do the job right unlike some other typical English barbers out there. These guys are best well impressed with my haircut thanks cya at your new place 👌👍
