Had my shellac done, they got me in last minute which was great as I had a girls night and they were fab! I had my nails done by a lady who had just joined and I can’t remember her name unfortunately but it was fab, very friendly and professional service and will be going again before my holiday! Would recommend !

Had my eyelashes done for the first time! Fantastic experience! I’m not much of a salon person but will defiantly return, made to feel welcome an well looked after by Lara an everyone!!!! 100% happy!!!!

I used to like this clinic and have had some lovely treatments from some of the great girls there. As the years have gone by though the management has become much more focused on profit, with treatments being reduced or having the better elements removed, nail products gradually being swapped out for cheaper versions and prices rising quickly. Often with younger staff if they are running late a treatment will be cut short to avoid the next customer waiting, leading to the more fun parts, like massage, being rushed through. I have had some bizarre experiences with the manager, who when I asked to see a nail colour that looked interesting as I was thinking of getting it, took it out of my hands and said "I'm not letting you see my colours if you're going to buy them yourself!" How strange! I am a woman who likes doing my own fingernails and visits the salon for pedis and facials - why can I not express an interest in a colour?! Anyway, I remained loyal until a voucher for my sister was gifted to me, 6 days out of date. The salon left a message for me 3 days after I called, which I returned immediately, however the direction from the manager was that it would not be honoured unless I could get in during my work day the following week. They were booked up for the next 3 weeks on the days I could make it but they could not honour it for another 3 weeks they said. I expressed my disappointment in a letter and returned the voucher, but instead of getting a professional response I got an argumentative letter in return on plain paper claiming (against my own caller id records, and bearing in mind no messages were left for me) that they had returned my calls and telling me that their business has RULES (in uppercase) and they could work out that I 'clearly knew if was out of date' from what I had said. This isn't a big deductive leap, since my first message said it was out of date and could I still use it! What an unpleasant experience for a voucher that was 6 days out of date. Never again. I will be visiting a salon that wants to please customers and wants to offer the best service.

I had a file and polish and eyebrow tint and tidy. The salon was lovely, bright and clean with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were warm and friendly and I was very pleased with my treatments.
