Hi, Bought a car its grade 3 which you can see in pictures. There grading is very bad 3 to four panel damaged and they put grade 3 which I green . Doggy grading always in bca ..shame😡😡😤

I arrived a little earlier than my time allocation. Of course I understand that times are there to make things flow better. But when there is no one in the office and you are waiting for 15 minute to be spoken to only to be told to wait outside as your time slot is not yet arrived is clearly not what I expected. To top it off the assured report clearly isn’t worth the paper it is written on. 5 miles out of the centre the car broke down, over heated and possible new engine required. Maybe me slightly with the situation but I don’t quite understand how a customer is made to wait and then be told to wait outside.
