Tractor unit now off road for 1 month. First person to attend said it was the turbo. 2 weeks ago I chased it up and was told they thought it was the turbo. Now they've decided it's the turbo, but that now takes a week to get in, as obviously they dont keep them. Paid a month of R&M contract for absolutely nothing. Seem to have no understanding that businesses need their vehicles on the road.
Great service bought brake parts for my iveco daily 70c17.
Only got directions there, managed to find it straight away
Really poor service, every time we call they have lost the work card, then charge us for repairs that aren't required. now they have one of our vehicles for over a week and its not going into workshop until Friday, Shocking service, Won't be using them again and we have a fleet of 20 vehicles
Straight forward process, very friendly, helpful staff.
