IMO Car Wash

We went for wash 2 which costs £3, the machine did an ok job at washing the car, it got rid of most of the dirt but there are still obvious spots that can’t be reached by the spinning rollers so you’d probably end up doing it properly yourself at home. The driers at the end are very poor, they don’t really work. (Also with COVID they are not doing a pre-wash which is a shame because I imagine that really helps the machine to cut away at the dirt.) For £3 I can’t really grumble too much, it was ok.

Supposed to be open at 08:30 on Saturday as per Google. Noone turned up. Very frustrating as had the same issues here before but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt in case it was a pne off, won't be returning again unfortunately.

They damaged my car and refused to pay for the repairs. Just offered an £80 goodwill gesture

Good wash, however not worth it due to the rude staff. Came with a code, instead of scanning it, the staff member expected me to know what wash it was for. When I said I’m not sure, he rang someone and without asking, took my phone off me to read the code out. Then once the car got into the wash, could see him in the rear mirror discussing and pointing to my car, tapping his head. Disrespectful to say the least.
