My partner called in a few weeks ago to drop off a parcel. The guy serving on was impolite and unhelpful. Came across as arrogant. She doesn't say these things lightly. We wont use them again.

Just walked 2 miles to do off a parcel. On arrival the shop was open but I was told he was not taking any parcels. When asked why no reason was given. The guy was rude and actually said I could leave it and he'd ring it through tomorrow but I couldn't have a receipt. I personally think this is against the contact he will have with the courier company! Shocking service and a waste of people's time.

Just turned up with Evri parcel to be told we don't take them Sundays. Pretty poor service but not unexpected from the people on this shop.
