I get near weekly deliveries from APC (Brighouse), Only once had a delivery delayed by a day due to it missing the trunker connection. The delivery address is almost always locked and the driver gets the keys from next door, lets himself in and leaves the goods. All in all an excellent service

A little off the main road but not too hard to find, Google takes you to pretty much the gate of their compound- great staff, super helpful and friendly, parking on site is a bit scarece but as long as you dont hit a busy period you should have no trouble getting parked

Half the order delivered. The other half has gone via the other end of the country, apparently!

We were in when delivery came but driver didn’t ring the mob number on our front door & just left a card. I called Brighouse depot where helpful staff (Khazia) reorganised driver to return same day. Good customer service but drivers need to use initiative too. Thank you.

I attempted to make an appointment with a sales person for perhaps doing some business with the in the Halifax area for UK distribution After 3 attempts we still have not heard anything. Really poor service before we even send a parcel. Eric Roberts Batteriesontheweb.co.uk
