Been with Longroyde my entire life. Always been accomadating and have never made me wait an unreasonable amount of time for an appointment. I hadan appointment with Sue today and quite frankly, she was amazing. Can't thank her enough for the advice and courtesy she provided. Thank you.

The surgery and staff are a breath of fresh air. I have never struggled to get a same day appointment and you're not having to argue or explain the specifics of your illness before you're allowed an appointment. Dr Mugglestone is a superb doctor and nothing is ever too much trouble when it comes to patient care. Thank you so much.

Honestly, they're phenomenal at this surgery - from receptionists to nurses to the doctors themselves. A little sad the prescription system has changed and now takes a few days, but I suspect that's an NHS thing rather than a surgery level thing. However, that aside, they bend over backwards to help you and they have a real understanding of how vulnerable we are when ill or scared. I can't rate them highly enough - I'm shocked they're not a 5/5 in the reviews, but suspect, as I say, any limits on them are placed much higher up the ladder. Recommend to anyone, and hope they aren't put under so much pressure by the system that anything changes. We MUST treat our NHS better, we're so lucky to have it.

I have attended this surgery for the last eighteen years and after a frosty period of responses from the elderly receptionist things improved vastly when she moved on when communicating with the surgery. Fast forward to 20/10/2025 and I find myself recovering from a very snappy and impolite response from the current occupant of that post. There's no need really. If you can't hack it, find another job that best suits your talents.

Come here often for my children and for the first time today I have come for myself. The gentleman is always so friendly and helpful. Saved me waiting weeks for an appointment at my GP’s and was able to prescribe for my illness. Thanks for consistently great service
