I was having problems with the fuses to my electric gates blowing. This was diagnosed by an electrician as being due to a broken gate motor. The electrician could not source the motor or knew how to do the replacement repair. I had seen a previous recommendation in the local Facebook page for Owl Access and initially emailed Rob. The reply was very prompt and promising and after a telephone call he was able over the phone and via email photos to identify the manufacturing company ( an Italian company called Beninca) and discuss the price and fitting fee. Everything was discussed and agreed. Once the motor had arrived (2 days) Rob came to the house to do the work at a time we agreed. He was on time and promptly fitted the motor. This is not a "plug and play" procedure and I realised why our electrician said he would not be able to fit the motor as the timings on the gates then need to be adjusted so they close and open as they should in sequence. Rob is vastly experienced gate engineer and an electrician so was able to fit the motor and get the gates working perfectly. He left the work area very tidy and I am really pleased with the results. It is always great to meet a tradesman with the skills , qualifications and competency to turn up on time, do a great job, leave no mess and of course at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone and will ask Rob to service the gates in future. I live in Ripponden, West Yorkshire.

Fantastic service. Rob took the time to explain how it all works and got me using functions on an app that I didn’t even know my intercom could do. Really pleased with the work on the gate. Will definitely use again.
