So, I sent Blackshaw Holdings an email and yet to recieve a reply to our safety issues about fly tipping, vandalism and crime all centered around an empty property right by my house! This just goes to show how they hold us up to upmost of comptemt in allowing all these issues to continue and ignore our concerns.

I've only lived in my property for 3 months and I've doors fall of hinges, water drip from the upstairs bathroom into my living room and due to a long wait for a bin (and rubbish men refusing to collect it because it's not in a green bin) now I have mice. I have called blackshaw repeatedly and also taken my chances with trying to get the Mayor involved. Apart from Samantha everyone has been rude or just doesn't care. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent with blackshaw at all. They have no sense of empathy for one specially if you have children. I urge you find another housing agency.

Please be careful leaving a holding deposit with these if you decide to change your mind 20 hours later you wont get it back. The representative you see never says this your only told it will come off your bond so be careful
