Boococks (now WS Residential)

I have rented the flat from Boococks in Halifax and we stayed in the property for almost 4.5 years. I was delighted of the team's professionalism, quick and efficient responses and quality service and processes. They were always very responsive to our needs as tenants, trying to accommodate our requests, make us feel comfortable and happy. I would highly recommend them and if we move again to Halifax, this is going to be the first agency to look at! Special thanks to Victoria Scott and Gina for making our stay and move more pleasant. They both are extremely helpful and friendly.

Boococks have provided me with lettings agent and estate agent services for over sixteen years and I can honestly say they are the absolute very best. Rented a property with Boococks for two and a half years and found them to be really responsive, friendly and professional at all times. Victoria was my rental administrator, and I always felt comfortable bringing any concerns to her, and always got prompt responses, even during lockdown. From initial contact to occupancy Boococks were very informative towards myself as a first time tenant. Information provided, from Gina Brown in particular, was clear and my questions were answered in a timely and supportive manner. Initial maintenance aspects were addressed very quickly by Gina and Boococks technical support team. Information on tenancy agreements was also greatly appreciated when assessing options. My experience with Boococks so far, more specifically having Gina as the manager of the property; I am pleased with the communication we’ve had and the respect of privacy, I have lived in the property for about 7/8 months and I have never had a problem, all visits are planned and everyone that has visited have been very polite. I would definitely recommend using Boococks as an estate agents going off my personal experience so far.
