I was very happy with Co-op FuneralCare. My brother Paul's funeral went very smoothly. They were very friendly and helpful, when I changed the format. The funeral was very well organised. Melanie, Zoe and Sarah Garg, were all very professional. I highly recommend Co-op FuneralCare. Nikola Wootton
Becky was lovely and really helpful! I got to sit with my grandma and chat to her! She looked so lovely and peaceful! Such a lovely place and was really cared for!
Absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. not everyone is the same not everyone deals with this situation the same and they understand this.... We don't do funerals and we wanted a direct cremation my husband couldn't deal with it so they were happy for me to take his place... Not once did I feel uncomfortable not once did I feel we were judged. They kept us up to date with phone calls telling me about the next steps when the cremation was to happen and where and when roughly the ashes would be back. As soon as the ashes returned to them they were on the phone to me and I collected them the next day. Brilliant and professional from all staff involved with me. Thank you for making the process as easy as could be.
Zoe and the staff at Brighouse funeralcare were absolutely amazing with our family from start to finish . I was able to spend as much time with my late husband for as long as possible and I will be forever grateful for that . There service was fabulous. An excellent service from start to finish all the 3rd parties involved worked perfectly together and the communication throughout was first class,Zoe the funeral director and Fiona the celebrant were amazing helping us deal with a difficult time with compassion and patience ..many thanks
