Very reliable and friendly. Everyone was very helpful and made the process calm and collected. Took the car in and within 2 minutes of having a look around, the mechanic diagnosed my issue and got me booked in for a couple days ahead. Dropped car in the morning for a new coolant tank and exhaust and it was ready by 12pm. Highly recommend, very skilled and respectable people! No overcharging and car is running as good as ever.

I can not fault this garage at all, they got me booked straight in after being fobbed off and lied to by another garage. Steve fitted me a new belt and tensioner and repaired my alloy that was leaking out within the day. Brilliant customer service from him and the lovely Tracy in the office and competitive prices. I am very lucky that they acted so quickly to get me in as my belt was burnt down and squeeking, this could have gone any time and become a much bigger repair. Thank you guys, I know who I will be calling if any more issues arise with Connie the Corsa ❤️ She’s driving a dream again xx

edit with reply. So i was booked in for a oil leak from the oil filter house, they accepted the job and had me on there wait list. All this this including that it had been seen else was well known Im not in charge of decinding how long your establistment requiers for said job. But if i was and i knew we had work run over maybe id be in cummuniction with said customer. But hey I then almost 2 weeks later a few days before the booked appointment i called and asked them to also mot the car, which had slipped as im not using the car. They agreed. Once i got all the way to the garage they then informed me they wouldnt be looking at the oil leak only mot'ing the car as they dont have time even though this is THE job the car was originally booked in for. Just to told whilst opening and closing a diray thats all weve got time for, more like they wanted an easy invoice to issue it feels. I had no idea what was what in your yard i dont work with or for you and as of yet im not a mind reader Then when i defeatedly just suggest going elsewere to yet a passiveageessive 'OK THANK YOU'. Distressed? No Annoyed yes fustrated at your 'we dont have time for that' after finishing work early to get the car to you, yes Baffeled at your browsing of your diary/planner as justification, yes I wont make judgments as to you or your collegues state of mind Not a way i run my buisness or would run anyone elses. And i imagine you would take my car back todo the work eventually but unfortunaly this exchange has left a bad taste in my mouth. In the words of receptionist Thank you good bye.

An absolutely brilliant garage and service - popped in today with an engine fault and Steve couldn’t have been more helpful. Even with lots of other customers there they still took the time. Don’t know how they balance keeping everyone happy! Highly recommended. Thank you so much!!!

Cannot praise this garage enough, steve and tracey were extremely friendly, very patient and helpful during our dealings with a nightmare dealership we bought a faulty car from. They helped us as much as possible while trying to get the dealer to pay and once the funds were secured the work was completed quickly and efficiently to get our car back to us as soon as possible. Would recommend to anybody in the local area to use this garage 10/10
