I took my car here, I was quoted around £200 to get a new steering belt as mine had snapped. When they called me to tell me it was ready they said my car had been fixed. Afrer id gotten a taxi down, they then added more to the total price which they hadn't initially told me (ended up paying over £300) and buttons on my steering wheel still didnt work! They then said they'd have to charge me even more money if I wanted it investigating further when the buttons worked perfectly fine before so it was their fault. Would not return it's disgusting that they wanted to charge me more when I already paid so much for them to fix it.

Service and MOT.. First time here. Fantastic customer service, borrowed a courtesy car while my car was in, by dinner time had a family emergency and the good people at intermotors told me to keep the car till next morning which helped tremendously.. Great service, passed MOT, car drives like new, they kept me up to date through out . Again...top customer service. Thanks intermotors for everything on what was a horrible day..
